Ms. Rachel Vought earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Auburn University College of Nursing in Auburn, Alabama. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University Montgomery in Montgomery, Alabama and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.

Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Rachel’s clinical interests include general gastrointestinal issues, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Constipation, Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.

Rachel looks forward to joining the Capital City Gastroenterology team, to help treat and diagnose symptoms and chronic diseases of the digestive system.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and pets, listening to music and watching movies.
