Dr. Ummalaneni specializes in family medicine and received her medical degree from Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences (CARIMS) in Karimnagar, India. Dr. Ummalaneni is no stranger to Baptist Health. She completed her internship and residency with Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program in Montgomery, Alabama and is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Ummalaneni is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

The proud parents of one son, Dr. Ummalaneni and her husband enjoy spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she also enjoys traveling.
