Dr. Rutkowski received her medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at East Central Mississippi Health Network in Meridian, Mississippi and earned an undergraduate degree at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.

Dr. Rutkowski’s clinical interests include Women’s Health and Family Medicine. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama.

A fur-parent and child of retired U.S. Navy parents, Dr. Rutkowski enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and most of all, traveling to the nearest beach – her favorite destination.

Having done her clinical rounds in the River Region, Dr. Rutkowski’s love for the area and people have brought her back to a place she considers home. She looks forward to being able to provide the highest level of care to her patients.
